Slimming World - Week 3

Week 3 – completed! This week was just the same as any usual week, nothing too much happened but nor did I have a healthy week! I have to admit, I did have; pic’n’mix, Pringles and wine with Kane whilst we were at the haunted hotel! There seems to be a pattern of me and wine doesn’t there! So the results are in, weigh day is done for the week and my result was a loss of 1 pound.

I feel slightly disappointed with my results for this week however, I am not going to let it get me down – a loss is still a loss. I am now feeling more determined to reach my goal weight. I am going to stick to the diet plan and stay on track, stay away from the sweets and wine and focus on free foods!

  1. Congratulations on your loss! 1-1.5lbs is the recommended amount to lose per week so you are on track! I know some people lose more per week but do not doubt yourself.
    My friend is doing slimming world and felt similar to you at week 3/4 but is now at week 6 feeling more motivated. Your doing great.
