Slimming World – Week 2

Hello lovelies, welcome back to itsjustabbsxo!

It has been another week in my slimming world journey and I must say, this week I definitely slipped! When I say slipped, I don’t mean I had a bit of chocolate, I mean I had a day of terrible eating! Let me just tell you what I had on Saturday!

  • Chips at the beach
  • Sweets
  • Crisps
  • Soup
  • Half a baguette
  • Large hot chcolate with cream (30 syns on its own!)
  • Then I felt bad so I had some carrot sticks (ha ha ha ha)

Yup so I had a BAD day! However, on weigh in day, the most unexpected result came up on the scale…. -3 pounds! So that means, in the space of two weeks, I have lost half a stone! I literally couldn’t believe the scales! I feel so happy with this result and am so glad I have hit this target.

Now its time to really dive into slimming world and give it my best shot! Hey, if I can lose 3 pounds and eat all that, imagine what I can do if I eat properly and exercise!
