I started Slimming World one week ago; I have decided that I am going to start sharing my progress once a week after every weigh in day to keep you all updated with my progress and how I have been finding the journey!
Wednesday 23rd marks the first week completed at Slimming World. I haven’t been feeling great about my body image recently and so have decided to join Slimming World with my mum.
Now, I am not going to lie, I struggled at first, it was hard to get used to how Slimming World works – how I have to eat and what I should watch out for. However, after the first couple of days I felt so much more confident using it…. It was a rocky start however I am so happy with the results from my first weigh-in day!
I got weighed yesterday and have lost 4 pounds! I am so happy with this loss and am so ready to take on this challenge, see where I can end up and how confident I will be again. This loss has really improved my mood already especially as I didn’t do any exercise, I also ate out twice and had the cheeky wine or two! All I am thinking now is imagine how much I can loose if I start exercising and pushing myself to the limit!
